What is the plot of “Beyond Myriad Peoples”?

Misunderstanding creates more misunderstandings, which create huge misunderstandings and in the end, it all becomes one hell of a misunderstanding.

Well, that’s the plot of Beyond Myriad Peoples.

Let’s start from the beginning.

It all started when our protagonist- Yi Feng, played “Immortal Cultivator Simulator” continuously for 90 hours,

and as a special reward, he got transported to a new world, a world of cultivators.

Everything was going good for Li Feng he also received a Golden finger system which build him a gym to practice martial arts in.

Li Feng was all set to dominate the world of cultivation with his vast gaming knowledge,

but then,

an unexpected bomb was dropped on his head – he doesn’t have spiritual roots in his body, thus making him unable to cultivate immorality.

It’s been 5 years now and Li Feng has excepted the fact that he will never be able to put his foot in the life of cultivators.

But, he is not heartbroken (maybe a little), Li Feng has started his own business,

writing novels,

selling martial art books,

making kitchen knives,

and creating holy-godly-legendary-SSS and whatnot-type artifacts.

Without his knowledge and due to some fortunate and unfortunate misunderstandings he is now above ten thousand people and became an unfathomable force in the cultivation world.

Doesn’t matter you’re a sect master, a genius, or a person who can slaughter the whole city single handedly, you have to pay respect to the owner of Martial arts gym.

Beyond myriad people is a comedy fantasy that uses misunderstanding as its main plot driving factor. Be ready to see how the misinterpretation of one person started the domino effect of more misbeliefs.

You may think there is nothing new, dying and reincarnating in a cultivation world with a super cheat type system that’s not a new concept for a manhua,

hell it’s the most used plot right.

Well, GeekWizard thinks it’s not always the concept, but the good execution that makes a story and plot interesting.

So, let’s take a look at a few things that you may like about the plot of Beyond myriad people:

1. The Comedy

The best part of misbelief types of stories is that they have a great potential of creating the funniest scenarios,

but the worst part is most of the manhuas fail to do that.

Thankfully Beyond myriad people didn’t waste its plot’s potential and used it very well.

There are countless scenes in the 1st 25 chapters itself where you’ll find yourself chuckling every now and then.

There are many hidden easter eggs, references, and cameos, you will enjoy most of the chapters with a satisfactory smile.

2. The Translation (English)

If you’re shocked why a translation is on the list then my fellow cultivators you haven’t read enough chines webtoons.

It’s easy to find an SSS-rank legendary weapon in an RPG game than a good manhua with a good translation.

It’s not just the grammatical errors, but the whole sentence that stops making sense.

Most of the cultivators (ahem! readers) have to 1st cultivate their brain cells before they decide to read a manhua.

However, you can relax and read Beyond myriad people without using much of your brain cells because the translation is very decent for most of the parts,

Translating team has done a terrific job.

(you can find a few errors here and there but those are some minor ones, and ignore them translators are also cultivators and cultivators can make mistakes)

English Translation is brought to you by: Xcalibrscans.com

3. The Info-dumping

If you’re just too exhausted from reading those system and cultivation manhuas and manhwas because info-dumping in them is just too much,

then don’t worry in this manhua there are very few info-dumping chapters and that too are in the first couple of chapters.

Yi Feng doesn’t have any spiritual roots which means he can’t cultivate,

and when the protagonist himself is not cultivating then what’s the use of all the cultivation-type information right.

Therefore, there are no different types of qi to remember, no color = talent type of talk, just simple cultivation stages and you’re good to go.

Conclusion

So, should you read Beyond myriad people or not?

Well, before we tell you that try to answer the question given below.

(Rule: every time you answer YES give yourself a +1 score.)

  • Are you looking for a story where everyone thinks MC (main character) is OP (Overpowered)?
    • Yes
    • No
  • You want no system for MC?
    • Yes
    • No
  • You want very few Info-dumping chapters?
    • Yes
    • No
  • You want to read something funny?
    • Yes
    • No
  • You read this whole review that’s why you know what to do?
    • Yes- I’m a cultivator, I read the whole scroll.
    • No- I jumped directly to the conclusion.

There is no right manhua and no best manhua,

gold for someone can be a simple metal for others,

and

only a pencil for someone can be a weapon for someone else,

just like that a great read for someone can be total trash for others.

With that said if you have scored 3 or more in the above Q and A then you can give Beyond myriad people manhua a try, it will keep you entertained for a few hours.

Important talk: Be proud of what you read mangas, manhwas, manhuas, and WN/LN(s) are the beautiful gifts in this stressful life if you don’t want to read a certain type of stuff then just don’t read, read what calms your stress not increases it. Just because 3000 people liked it doesn’t mean you’ll too.

Happy Reading 🙂
